Terms of Use

• Private room reservations require 5 or more guests, and a room fee of 10% of the total bill applies.
• On fully booked or busy days, table time is limited to 90 minutes from your reservation time (not your arrival time).
• Course menus are served for the full number of guests in your reservation.
• Parties of 4 or more may be seated at joined tables or with additional chairs.
• All-you-can-drink is available only with course menus.
• A table charge (otoshi appetizer) of 400 yen per person applies.

Cancellation Policy

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a cancellation fee of 5,000 yen per person.
• Phone calls may not be answered outside business hours or during Friday–Sunday service. For cancellations, please contact us via the reservation confirmation email.
• In accordance with this policy, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided at booking.
• Reservations cannot be accepted if the email address provided is invalid.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, other guests may be seated first.
• If you are 15 minutes late without contact, your reservation will be treated as cancelled.
• For parties of 8 or more, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance and party-size changes at least 3 days in advance; after that, cancellation fees apply.
• If the phone number or email address provided is incorrect, your reservation may be cancelled.
